Masterclass is a private think tank and networking event created by Tom Stimson, exclusively for business owners, principals, and management in the Live Event Industry. This event's focus will on Management Accounting systems. You will learn about actionable financial reporting for Live Event companies, the best practices for internal controls and processes, and how to be a strategic resource for management decision-making.

Firstly, our attendees are all owners or principals of Live Event production companies. This is critical, because every attendee knows they’re next to peers who share their experiences, concerns, and questions.
Secondly, we aren't secretive or proprietary about business process. Tom Stimson supports franchise-able solutions so that you can spend more time focusing on your strategic value to customers, vendors, and employees.
Thirdly, this is a workshop. In addition to sharing knowledge, our presenters will lead you in practical exercises and discussions so you can apply what you learn to your unique situation.

Coffee at 8:30 a.m. We’ll begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon. The program will run until 5:00 p.m. with cocktails and dinner to follow.

Tom will share his forty years of live event management experience that include managerial reporting into a multi-billion dollar corporation, working with a CFO under multiple business structures, and coaching hundreds of businesses on day-to-day operations.
Tom Gabbert, Founder and CEO of Milestone. Milestone provides Accounting, CFO, and HR Services to small to medium enterprises. Tom is a former partner of Bartha, a prominent event production company.
Patrick McDonald, Managing Director of Milestone. Patrick not only manages the team of staff accountants and specialists in Milestone, but also functions as a fractional CFO for key clients.
