Whatever matters most to you is probably evolving. Many of us drift back and forth between short-term and long-term goals. We strive for ideals, but might be happier with less. Without clarity, our decision-making process becomes cloudy and we sometimes become disillusioned with the work we have chosen for ourselves.
My goals are that you can describe your ideal future and define success in and on your own terms and not someone else’s. When you can see your company as something that can help you realize what matters most, then work will be fun again, The challenges will become opportunities, the mistakes will be lessons. Most importantly, we can focus on Intentional Success® – because we will know what satisfaction really looks like.
